The opening credits sequence shows various photographic and painted views as well as Oklahoma landmarks imposed on the New York City landscape: A statue of Sioux Indian chief “Touch the Clouds” wearing a war bonnet and a bone choker necklace (breastplate). The Golden Driller statue imposed on the Statue of Liberty. The Western Gateway Arch of Route 66 imposed upon one of Manhattan’s main “avenues.” In New York City, in the borough of Manhattan, there are several numbered “avenues” that are crisscrossed by smaller numbered streets.

I have loved Tulsa King so far. In fact, I love everything Taylor Sheridan does, so I knew this would be no different. This is a fun cop show that knows exactly what it wants to be and you can tell the cast, led by Sylvester Stallone, is having a blast doing this.
He thinks he’s coming out as a hero, but he’s sent to Tulsa to run things
It’s about a New York mob boss named Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Stallone) who is released from prison after 25 years. After not feeling the love from his gang like he feels he should, he starts building his own in Tulsa. Some things may seem a little silly, but overall it’s a really good show that’s definitely worth watching.
