Chronology
Ingrida and Marta were close friends in their youth, when they worked together in the same magazine. After many years of no communication, they meet again in an extreme, but strangely cute situation. When Pedro Almodóvar sent the script to Tilda Swinton, he asked her who should play Ingrid.

I didn’t really watch Almodóvar, but I was interested in watching his first English film, especially with Julianne Moore and Julianne Moore. Other reviews say that there is nothing new from the director in this. Not seeing many of his films, I can’t confirm this.

I admire the way he knows how to take something that is difficult for us to talk about and give it color and color. There also seems to be a consensus that more could be done with the characters, given the quality of actors available to Pedro Almodóvar. I don’t know about that, I think the less the better.
Why do more?
The history of the characters is enough to tell the story.
